Lynn Gangone | TEDxMileHigh
Why don’t women make up a meaningful percentage of leadership roles today in spite of clear accomplishments in academics and business? In this powerful talk, Lynn Gangone connects the dots between banning bossy women, females overdosing on Ambien, and the staggering dangers present to women in a one-size-fits-all world.
Lynn is dean of Colorado Women’s College and a champion of women’s leadership in the new economy. She is often called upon for her expert opinion by organizations like USA Today, “The Shriver Report,” PBS, TIAA-CREF and others who are interested in empowering women through education and business leadership. She writes on women’s leadership development and advancement, and has an upcoming chapter in “Women and Leadership in Higher Education” to be published by the International Leadership Association this year.
