Black Journey by David Middendorp produced by Korzo Theater.
A white screen with subtle blue light and the warm but melancholic sounds of Radiohead’s “Street Spirit (fade out)” form the background of David Middendorp’s “Black Journey”. This 3-minute choreography is the shorter version of the work “Blue Journey,” seen last September in the Dutch TV how “Beat the Best.” The TEDx audience sat back and took it all in, afterwards greeting the dancers back with a grand applause and supportive whistles.
