2016 Kick-off Meeting – 1 more month until our TEDxTokyo event!
All teams gathered 9/15 to discuss this year’s TEDxTokyo theme – “Today Decides Tomorrow”.
About 20 people were represented from the teams and made solid progress with details for the event. Members from the Speaker Curation, Production, Operations, Partner and Social Media teams shared updates and action plans for the next couple of weeks.
This year’s event will be very special as we take time to remember the past and invite our participants over the 8 years of TEDxTokyo, new friends we’ve met along the way, all to celebrate a future we will collaboratively create – by sharing ideas.
In today’s meeting, the teams reflected on what we did well last year, and we can improve on for this year’s event. We’re extremely excited and we hope you can join us. We will announce a live streaming link in the next couple of weeks so keep an eye out for it!
